Building Insurance Claim Management

We work with your insurance company to ensure that you receive proper coverage for the damage. We conduct an initial survey and provide documentation of the damage, assist with filing insurance claims, and communicate with the insurance adjusters to ensure that the restoration work is covered. As a IICRC Water Damage Restoration Technicians we offer a IICRC S500 and Reference Guide for Water Damage Restoration Compliant Certificates of Dryness as these are often required by insurers.

Extraction & Remediation

Emergency Water Extraction

When dealing with water damage, it's important to remove any standing water as quickly as possible to prevent further damage to the property. We use specialised equipment such as pump and vacuums to quickly and efficiently extract water from affected areas.

Mould Remediation

If mould has already started to grow in the affected areas, we will provide mould remediation services to remove the mould and prevent it from spreading. We use EPA-approved disinfectants and vacuums that are effective against mould.

Drying and Dehumidification

After the standing water has been removed, the affected areas need to be thoroughly dried out to prevent mould growth and further damage. We use high-powered air movers and dehumidifiers to dry out the affected areas, while constantly monitoring relative humidity & temperature use of IICRC S500 approved moisture meters, infra-red thermometers, and infra-red image cameras.
